• Restoring Teachers

When engaged in the work of restorative practices, it is equally important we restore ourselves.  Restoring Teachers is a varied curriculum designed with the intention of meeting the needs of teachers and other "front line" staff in the area of self-care and building relationships and community with each other. The curriculums are framed through self-care in 4 quadrants:  physical, emotional, connection, and mental.  The primary modes of implementation at this time are through professional development opportunities in individual buildings, and training Restoring Teachers leaders in buildings who then intentionally foster restorative connections with others in their building.
