Computer Technology

Computer Technology at the Flower City School is designed to introduce students to responsible computer use, while building literacy skills, supporting classroom learning and developing strong research practices. Students are expected to develop mastery of District skills and standards associated with their respective grade level, and to grow in their ability to accomplish tasks on the computer that support academic excellence, starting at Kindergarten. Reaching a strong computer background by Grade 6, students should be well on the way to success in middle and high school academic pursuits, leading to successful graduation.
