Chess Club / Overview

The goal of the Wilson Chess Club is to offer a safe and fun environment for all Wilson students to play chess. Students will enhance their cognitive thinking and strategy skills while playing chess in an interactive and competitive atmosphere. They will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills by playing in the Monroe County Interscholastic Chess league. The Wilson Chess team will meet on Thursdays with Ms. Sharpe and Ms. Harris as the advisors in Ms. Harris's room.
