The Rochester City School District works in partnership with the Monroe County Office of Child & Family Services (OCFS) to support the students in this program.  NYS certified teachers provide core academic instruction to students who have been temporarily placed in this facility by the Juvenile Justice system. Based on their academic standing, students also have the option to pursue a General Education Diploma (GED), through participation in the GED preparation program.
