• Mr. Wakili Moore is a graduate of St. John Fisher College, Geneseo State College, Nazareth College, and Canisius College.  His journey in education has included teaching Special Education for 7 years combined in the Rochester City School District and the Greece Central School District. He then moved on to become an Assistant Principal at School #7, where his love for education drove positive change in the school community. He then became the Principal at School #7 where his passion for kids and education was evident for the 10 years he spent there. He then moved on to be the Principal at Charlotte High School for one year. Mr. Moore then had the distinct honor of being the founding Principal of the Leadership Academy for Young Men. After being at Leadership for eight years, he is now excited and about being a part of the School 43 Grizzly Family as their Principal. He is the proud father of three adult children, two boys and one girl. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball and listening to music.

    Ms. Chanta Willis graduated from Buffalo State and has lived in the Rochester Area 20 years.  She started in the Rochester City School District in 1997 as a 6th grade teacher Jefferson Middle School.  Then she went on to join the School 45 team as a Math Specialist/Coach and then moved on to be the Assistant Principal.  She has also shared her experience and love for education in her position at Central Office on the Network Team.  Her education career continued as she joined the School 17 team as Assistant Principal.  Currently, she is the Assistant Principal at School 43 with a focus on instruction.
