About Us...

Students may use the library throughout the school day.  They are required to obtain a pass to work in the library from class and study hall. Students are able to use library computers for research and word processing. Students and staff have access to RCSD sponsored instructional websites. Library books are loaned-out for a period of three weeks and can be renewed only if there are no prior holds on the book.  Students may checkout a maximum five books. Proper use of the library is an integral aspect of academic and artistic success.  Franklin expects students to respect both their textbooks and other library materials. 

Parents are always welcome to visit or contact the librarian.
