What to do if you think you have a broken Chromebook:
Students/parents should call the family support line at 262-8700 to get their Chromebook tickets in through ROConnect.
Once the ticket is entered, Student/Parent should go to either the Jefferson or Monroe Campus.
a) The location at Monroe is Exit 4. Time 10am – 2pm. This is the preferred site to send families to.
b) The location at Jefferson is Exit 5. Time 10am – 2pm.
At the locker location there is a sign directing them you to call a number, this number routes directly to a tech who will provide them with a pin so they can open a locker.
Please note that the lockers are ONLY for repair, and new requests still need to go through the request form and are handled by the school.
The HelpDesk will be contacting families for any existing tickets.
