RCSD District TIG Team 

The District supports students, staff, and families in times of crisis. The caring presence of trained staff members is one of the most important supports one can offer. TIG team members are deployed in the event of severe illness, violent or unexpected death, acts of war or terrorism, or natural disasters caused by humans. Support may include individual, group, or classroom grief counseling, and community outreach services. TIG team members comprise school administrators, counselors, psychologists, resource officers, and social workers.
