HelpDesk and Computer Maintenance
We are a technical support team that provides prompt, knowledgeable and courteous computing support services to the employees and partners of the Rochester City School District. The HelpDesk is the central point of contact where all Technology related problems can be reported and questions can be answered. We will attempt to resolve the issue on the first call. If the HelpDesk cannot resolve the issue, we will either assign the Technician responsible for your building or be directed to the appropriate person or department that can further assist you.
