Services:

Throughout the year we provide ongoing mentoring, academic support, life and social skill building enrichments, college preparation and support, career exploration opportunities, and youth employment training. Students, parents, and school staff, can connect with any HW-SC staff member in school or by phone. Our office and cell phone numbers are included on the school's telephone roster, or you can also call our main office at (585)654-1600 and ask to speak with any of our staff working at Monroe. There is an enrollment process required to join the HW-SC program. Parents must first fill out an application and sign a consent form. Once student eligibility is confirmed, Youth Advocates will meet with the student and parent/guardian(s) to review program expectations in detail and complete the enrollment documentation.
