Melissa Fredericks is a Special Education Teacher at CSR in a 12 1:3 ASD Social Communication Class. This is her second year at CSR. Prior to that, for 5 years, she taught Special Education at Edison High School. Before that, she worked at Genesee Community Charter School teaching grades K-4. Prior to that, she taught students with emotional disabilities at BOCES. She began her teaching career 25 years ago, teaching preschool at a Family Resource Center in Rochester. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and running. She has two kids who are grown who she enjoys going on adventures with.
