• Why IB?

The overall IB philosophy is expressed through 3 fundamental concepts that support and strengthen all areas of the curriculum.  These concepts are based on:

    • Intercultural Awareness
    • Holistic Learning
    • Communication
The IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), for students aged 11 to 16 (grades 6 - 10), provides a framework of academic challenge that encourages students to embrace and understand the connections between traditional subjects and the real world, and become critical and reflective thinkers. The IB MYP curriculum is illustrated by means of a circle with the eight core subject areas wrapping around the outside and the IB Learner Profile in the center.
