100-Day Plan Progress Tracker
Superintendent Dr. Eric Jay Rosser has developed a 100-day plan that focuses on listening, learning, and responding to strengthen our District and align our actions with the goals outlined in our Strategic Plan. This work includes:
- Engaging deeply with students, families, staff, and community partners to build trust and shared purpose
- Elevating the focus on quality of instruction across all schools
- Supporting a culture of safety, belonging, and joy in every classroom
- Aligning resources and systems to maximize student outcomes
- Championing transparency, accountability, and operational excellence
- Building partnerships that elevate a student-centered culture throughout Rochester
Dr. Rosser's 100-Day Plan contains five focus areas and progress is tracked for specific action steps for each area.
