SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS PARTICIPATE IN SECOND ANNUAL TECH SUMMIT

DETAILS:        
As the Rochester City School District continues to move forward with the District’s Digital Transformation, administrators and other District leaders will be gathering for a full day of professional learning on moving instructional technology integration to the next level. The focus of the conference sessions is to assist educational leaders in decision-making processes to improve schools, classrooms and student learning through instructional technologies.

RCSD student interns will be supporting the Help Desk, Twitter Challenge, Instructional Technology teachers and their school administrators throughout the day.

Media are invited to attend the following sessions from 10:30-11:30:

  • Return on Instruction, Ballroom A, Eric Sheninger
  • Forms Fundamentals, Wilson Commons 121, Katie Orem and Ryan Goff
  • Hacking Parent Involvement: Tech Tools for your School, Havens Lounge, Larisa Useda, Yelena Melnichenko and Eileen Kalbfus 

Information Technology Lead Teacher Randy Schenk will be on-site to give interviews and coordinate interviews with student helpers, teachers and administrators.
