DETAILS:
Students from Nathaniel Hawthorne School No. 25 in the Rochester City School District and Durand-Eastman Intermediate School in East Irondequoit will get to show off their acting skills two nights in a row. On Thursday, Peter Pan Jr. debuts with 20 student actors from School No. 25 along with students from Durand.
This June marks the sixth year that the two schools have been combining their talents on a school musical. Teachers and staff from both schools have worked together week after week to coordinate play practices, choreography, and costume and set designs.
