Dré Johnson is a proud Edison Tech Alumni. He is a published social science researcher and mental health professional for the City of Rochester. Dré studied African and African-American Studies at the University of Ghana in West Africa, and holds a Clinical Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. He's presented his research on the international stage focusing on trauma impacted communities, institutional racism, and equity attainment. He's served as a Regional Diversity Facilitator creating diversity curricula for 54 schools throughout New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Dré recently served as a District Social Worker for Broward County Public Schools before relocating back to Rochester.
