Ms. Bogacz (B)
Hi :) My name is Lindsey Bogacz and I was the librarian at Henry Hudson School in 2019-2020 and now I'm back! I previously taught at Charles Carrol School and the year before that I was at Edison Career & Technology High school. I moved to Rochester in August 2017 from Long Island, where I taught 3rd grade. I hold masters' degrees in elementary education, special education, and information science (aka Library Media). I am currently back in school for my doctorate in educational leadership and conducted my internship at Henry Hudson during the Spring of 2021, under the guidance of Susan Ladd. Last year (2020-21), I was the long-term substitute library media specialist at Northeast/west College Preparatory School. I have two children of my own, a chocolate lab, a husky-shepherd, five cats, two sugar gliders, and a handful of fish. Yes, we are animal lovers. At least I'm not yet the crazy cat librarian! We enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities, traveling, and my family always ends the night curdled up together with a good book. I look forward to working with you this school year!
