Who should I call if the bus does not arrive on time? 

In the event your bus does not arrive as scheduled, please allow 15 minutes before you call the terminal.  If you do not have the number of the terminal, you may call the Transportation Department at (585) 336-4000.  A staff member can provide you their number.  You should know your child’s route number, the school, their name and bus stop location.
