Screenings
*If you do not want your child screened please notify the school nurse at your child's school.
Vision - Vision Screening is done upon school entry and in grades pre-K or K, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 11.
Hearing - Hearing Screening is done upon school entry and in grades Pre K or K, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 11.Scoliosis - Boys are screened for Scoliosis in grade 9
Girls are screened for Scoliosis in grade 5 and 7
Health Appraisals - NYS Guidelines Require that students submit a Health Appraisal upon school entry, Pre K or K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11th grades.
Dental Certificate - Dental Certificates are required for those in grades Pre-K or K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11th grades.
