The Office of School Innovation partners with schools across the Rochester City School District to drive continuous improvement and ensure every student has access to a high-quality education. We support school leaders and educators through strategic planning, coaching, and evidence-based practices that strengthen instruction, build organizational capacity, and improve student outcomes.

Working collaboratively with schools, families, and community partners, we foster innovation, advance equity, and support sustainable systems of improvement. Together, we are creating the conditions for every school to grow, every educator to thrive, and every student to succeed.
