Essential Questions to guide discussions related to the use of American Rescue Plan funds to support equitable services for students:

• How does this investment address student needs with regard to our strategic plan and instructional priorities?
• What do we know already about the effectiveness/success of this investment and how will this be measured in the RCSD?
• What resources are necessary to sustain this investment? What is the plan for this investment after the funding period ends?
