Vendors interested in obtaining a RFB or RFP may register at BidNet at www.empirestatebidsystem.com.  Select the “Open Bids” and find the link to the RFB or the RFP.  If interested, select the Vendor Registration area and complete the required information. You can select “Search Only” for free accessibility of all posted bids and proposals.
