CIT New Educator Orientation Materials

Welcome!
As you begin (or continue) your career with the RCSD, we wish to celebrate your entry into the profession (or your decision to continue your professional work with us in Rochester!), and to assist you with the many challenges and questions you will face as a new educator in our district. We welcomed new educators on August 18-20, 2025 for New Educator Orientation.  Materials from those sessions can be found here:  2025 NEO Participant Folder or by clicking on the items below.  This is a contractual requirement for “orientation and in-service” days for all new RTA hires.

For those unable to attend or hired midyear, we are planning a  January 2026 New Educator Orientation program.  Stay tuned for details!
