Golisano Children's Hospital Clinic

  • UR Medicine is offering a number of options as well as Monroe County and Finger Lakes region health departments. Anyone with children ages 5 to 11 years, whether they have a UR Medicine primary care provider or not, can access these clinics. Here’s how:

    Use MyChart to see all available vaccine clinic times and locations being run by the Golisano Children’s Hospital (GCH),601 Elmwood Ave, and the UR Medicine Primary Care Network. If you don’t have MyChart, you can sign up. It only takes a few minutes!

    Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome at the GCH clinic located on the Medical Center’s main campus in Rochester. View Clinic Map.
