Policy Development and Review
The Board of Education engages in regular policy development and review for the purpose of:
- Review and/or preparing new policy proposals for Board consideration, other than Finance policy.
- Conducting regular, timely reviews and assessments of existing policies.
- Reviewing and making recommendations regarding any proposed policy adoptions, amendments, or rescission.
- Following up with Administration to ensure timely development of any corresponding Superintendent's Regulations.
- Monitor deliverables of approved Board policies.
