Board of Education Meeting Schedule

Starting in September 2025, we are launching a monthly Public Speaker Forum. dedicated to speakers addressing the Board.

When and Where:
Unless otherwise announced, forums will take place at 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. 

How to Participate:
To speak or submit a written comment, you must register by 12:00 noon on the day of the forum in one of these ways:

• Call the Board Office at (585) 262-8525
• Email boardofeducation@rcsdk12.org

When registering, you must include:

• Your full name, phone number, email address, and home address
• Your affiliation (student, parent/guardian, staff member, or City of Rochester resident)
• The topic you will address 

Important to Know:

• Only registered speakers will be able to address the Board.
• Public comments will no longer be taken during Board meetings, except at scheduled public hearings or these monthly speaker forums.
