RCSD Strategic Plan 2024-2029
The Rochester City School District launched its strategic planning process in July of 2023. Since that time, a dynamic steering committee was brought together comprised of students, families, staff, and the community. The result of this work is a comprehensive Strategic Plan that will serve as a blueprint for the future of the District and will guide decision-making and resource allocation for the next five years.

Focus Groups
During the development of the Strategic Plan, focus groups for the strategic plan were held in January of 2024 for various stakeholders including parents, students, staff, teachers and community.
