State Monitor Public Hearings

The State Monitor appointed to the Rochester City School District routinely receives input from the public on specific academic and fiscal reports pertaining to the RCSD. When a public hearing is announced, the community can offer feedback on the current academic and fiscal plans for Rochester. 

If you would like to sign up to speak or offer written feedback for a public hearing, you must do so by 12:00 p.m. noon the day of the hearing. Any interested persons may sign up to speak or submit written feedback:

• To speak: email PublicHearing@rcsdk12.org or call the Rochester Board of Education at 585-262-8525 (please indicate whether you plan to attend in person or virtually)
• To submit written comments: StateMonitor@rcsdk12.org
