Superintendent Dr. Eric Jay Rosser and NYS Monitor Jaime Alicea thank our school communities for offering feedback at our Community Forums on March 18 and 24. These forums were an opportunity to review and provide direct feedback on the District’s Strategic Plan and the State Monitor’s Academic and Fiscal Plan.
As part of the plan feedback process, Superintendent Rosser and State Monitor Alicea met with the Bilingual Education Council to obtain additional feedback and share updates with our Spanish-speaking community.
Your input was vital. These discussions will directly inform revisions to the Strategic Plan and help shape the next version of the Academic and Fiscal Plan, ensuring our schools are set up for success. We look forward to hearing any additional thoughts you have via our online survey.

State Monitor’s Academic and Fiscal Plan (7.28.25)
State Monitor Jaime Alicea works with the district’s shared decision-making committee in developing the financial plan, academic improvement plan, district goals, implementation of district priorities and budgetary recommendations. The plan was most recently updated on July 28, 2025.
