    Push and Say with Objects: Say a word for the child.  The child will say the sounds, pushing an object into the boxes for each sound from left to right.  The child will run their finger under the boxes from left to right and blend and say the word.

    Arm Blending: Touch your shoulder while saying the first sound in a word, touch your elbow while saying the second sound, touch your hand while saying the third sound, then run your hand from your shoulder to your hand while blending and saying the word.

    Finger Tapping: Tap your pointer finger to your thumb while saying the first sound, your middle finger to your thumb while saying the second sound, your ring finger to your thumb while saying the third sound, and your pinky finger to your thumb while saying the fourth sound.  Bring all your fingers to your thumb to say the whole word.

    Chaining for Spelling: Give the child a word to spell with magnetic letters or letter cards. Give the next word in the chain, which only has one sound that's different.  Have the child change one letter to make the new word. Repeat until the chain is completed.
