Congratulations to Maya Adams and Hathija Hassan. They tied for first place in the 5th grade competition on Saturday. They each will recieve a $500.00 scholarship award be used for their college education. Everyone had a great time, the competition was fierce this year. Dr. Walter Cooper offered inspiring words of wisdom to the audience with a standing ovation.
