Our vision is to educate future business and civic leaders in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. We place a great value on the relationships that we build among the school staff, our students and our parents. Our small school configuration affords us the opportunity to meet the individual needs of each of our students. In the school of Business, Finance and Entrepreneurship at Edison every student matters and is given the attention and direction that is needed.

  • Prepares students for immediate employment in the financial field as well as for further study at the college level.

  • Is a small school in which business teachers and core academic teachers collaborate to advance an integrated curriculum for student success.

  • Offers a variety of business courses that meet students’ personal and career interests.

  • Combines academic learning with hands-on work experience to help students develop the thinking and problem-solving skills critical to college and career success.

  • Offers opportunities for paid summer internships and cooperative learning experiences with community business partners.

  • Offers dual-credit opportunities with Monroe and Genesee Community Colleges for courses in Accounting, Business Law, Financial Planning, Introduction to Economics, Personal Money Management, and Mathematics.

  • Is affiliated with the National Academy Foundation which supports school/business partnerships to introduce students to the world of business.

  • Provides a full sports program.

  • A Student Support Center provides youth and family services.

  • Serves grades 10-12.
