NOTE:This nomination was submitted by Samantha Grace Greenwood, a fourth grader at School No. 30. Her remarks were echoed by her younger brother, L.J. Greenwood, a first grader at School No. 30.

My mom is the best because she helps me with my homework and reading books. She also volunteers for lunch and she helps my classroom every day. My mom volunteers at my school, field trips, for picture day, and helps the people in the main office, too.

Everyone at School No. 30 really loves my mom because she is always there whenever someone needs her. She is a big help to my teacher, Ms. White. I hope my mom can be picked for Parent of the Month because she is a very special mom. She always says that all kids need help with something, even if it is a hug!
