Parents, the forms you need to register your child for school are available below.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Student Placement by calling 262-8241. You can also stop in, at 131 W. Broad Street.

How do I find my child's Home School?

You can check to see what your home school is by downloading the file below.

When the document opens, use the "find" option on the far right of the menu bar and type in your street name to find your address and your home school.

All registrations for children entering the Rochester City School District can be accomplished at the district’s Parent Information Center, located at 131 W. Broad Street. | D irections
