“The Rochester City School District was aware of the possibility of Catholic schools closing. Our student enrollment and placement staff are working on a contingency plan that will allow us to accommodate Catholic school students in our schools. We welcome these students and look forward to having them join us.

“We have already reached out to the Bishop’s office and will work with the Diocese to ensure that not a single day of instruction is lost for these students. It is not a matter of ‘our students’ and ‘their students’, but rather a commitment to providing a nurturing environment and a quality education for all of our city’s children.”
