* Technology Briefs for NCLB Planners The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) legislation emphasizes the importance of leveraging the power of technology in all areas of K-12 education, from reading to science to special education. As a result, education leaders at the state and local levels are expected to develop plans that effectively employ technology to enhance learning and increase student achievement. Accurate, up-to-date information about using technology to improve curriculum, assessment, and teaching is vital to inform educational leaders as they plan their NCLB programs.

* Webquests This site is designed to serve as a resource to those who are using the WebQuest model to teach with the web. By pointing to excellent examples and collecting materials developed to communicate the idea, all of us experimenting with WebQuests will be able to learn from each other.
* www.Webquest.org This site compliments the previous site, it has a list of sites organized by grad and subject. This is a great website for any teacher to use to supplement instruction.
* Kathy Schrock's Guide for Educators Is a categorized list of sites useful for enhancing curriculum and professional growth. It is updated often to include the best sites for teaching and learning
* Marco Polo Internet Content for the Classroom is a nonprofit consortium of premier national and international education organizations and the MCI Foundation dedicated to providing the highest quality Internet content and professional development to teachers and students throughout the United States. First launched in 1997 as a collection of standards-based, discipline-specific educational Web sites for K-12 teachers
* Game show templates Classroom games can be informative and motivational. Teachers can generate the games themselves or students might create them. The table below contains links to web pages which feature templates for a variety of games such as Who Wants to Be A Millionaire and, the ever popular, Jeopardy.
