The role of the Office of School Innovation is to identify and work to bring innovative school options, programs, and policies to the RCSD with the goal of providing significant opportunities for students and their families.

Goal 1 – Build a portfolio of schools that increases student performance and responds to community needs.

Goal 2 – Offer increased and improved school options for all students and families.

Goal 3 – Develop a portfolio of schools that builds on what is working well in schools and in the district.

Goal 4 – Create and maintain ongoing communication and positive relationships with all stakeholder groups.

Goal 5 – Provide opportunities for stakeholder input and feedback on portfolio development.
