Departments are responsible for completing tasks that are related to their job. The ability of our company to have four departments will position us for growth and increased profits. eXclusive Creations will advertise in the United States and internationally to gain repeat sales. Building relationships with new customers and companies will emphasize our dedication to provide them with the best service we have to offer. eXclusive Creations’ main target market is teenagers. We will offer the finest quality and latest electronics, such as iPods, cell phones, and many other items. eXclusive Creations’ employees are diverse and universal. Our employees are very dedicated and have the right skills to help our company grow and succeed.

We will work extremely hard to position eXclusive Creations as the customer’s first choice. The profits raised in 2004-2005 will be reinvested in the company for production and marketing strategies.

Mission Statement

The purpose of eXclusive Creations mission is to satisfy our customers by selling the latest in electronics in the electronics industry. We will establish partnerships with our customers, the Rochester region and other firms in the Virtual Enterprise network. Our catalog contains fine quality products that will be sold to local schools and businesses, as well as to an association of international and nationwide Virtual Enterprise firms.

Our number one goal is to establish strong relationships with our employees, customers, and other companies we work with. One of our priorities is to increase sales by 6%-8% each month and be the leading e*tail business among local and international companies.
