PeopleSoft HCM Application:
Encompasses Payroll; Time & Labor; Human Resources, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Position Management, Employee Self Service modules including ePay, eCompensation, eBenefits.
PeopleSoft Financials Application:
Encompasses Accounts Payable, Purchasing, eProcurement, KK(Budgets), General Ledger, Grants, Project Costing, Asset Management.
PeopleSoft EPM Application:
Budget Application – used by Budget Department to build the Annual Budget. Also used by Management Staff (Departments and Principals) to build their Departmental Budgets.
PS Portal ties all three PeopleSoft Applications together, allowing for single-sign on; integration between the applications.
SME is the Automated Substitute Calling Application for the District, managing Substitute assignments for all Teachers, School Administrators and Paraprofessionals.
