This program serves up to 15 male students in a single classroom.  The Youth and Justice is responsible to provide core academic instruction to students in grades 9-12.  These students have been placed voluntarily in this program by the recommendation of Probation or RCSD.  Students are assigned to probation.  This program is a partnership between Monroe County Probation and the Rochester City School District.
