As part of reinforcing our strong school spirit and unity Charles Carroll School No. 46 students are proud to wear school uniforms. The Positive
Behavior System Committee (PBS) and School Based Planning Team (SBPT), along
with additional feedback from staff, parents, and students, have decided
students can wear the School 46 clothing (short and long sleeve t-shirts and
sweatshirts) on Fridays. To
clarify, on Fridays only students can wear either their uniform
shirt (polo, button down-white, navy, or light blue) or their School 46 clothing
along with their uniform pants/shorts (khaki or navy only). Monday through Thursdays students will wear
the school uniform.
Additional Details:
Tops
Students need to wear white, navy, or light blue long or short sleeved polo style shirts [shirts with a collar].
Bottoms
Students need to wear navy or khaki colored bottoms.
Options include:
Physical Education days ONLY– navy sweat pants or shorts
During the winter, the following allowances will be made:

Tights or Leggings with feet- Navy blue or white only.

White turtlenecks may be worn under shirts.

Navy/light blue, button down or crew neck pullover sweaters.

Navy/light blue zip up or pullover hooded sweatshirts with no designs, letters or numbers.

Navy/light blue vests; zip up or pullover
During the warm weather the following allowance will be made:

** No labels, designs, letters or numbers on any clothing
** Pants must fit properly at the waist, tops must fit properly (not too big or too small)
** No exposed layering under shirts (except turtle necks)
** The School No. 46 logo will be permitted
