Rochester City School District is accepting applications
for the position of Senior Director of School Innovation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from an accredited college with a
baccalaureate degree and three (3) years of full-time paid experience in
education administration or related managerial or administrative
program.
PREFERRED
Completion of (minimum) a Master’s degree
program from an accredited post-secondary institution.
Possession of project management skills
including planning, execution, implementation and milestone monitoring,
overcoming obstacles, managing risks, and taking necessary corrective
actions.
Strong applications experience (MS Excel,
PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to effectively operate with high energy
and flexibility in an early stage, constantly evolving, team
environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good presentation, communication and influencing
skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to
work independently or cross functionally to resolve issues quickly and
effectively.
Working knowledge of or familiarity with
secondary and post-secondary education.
