“Connecting Youth to Innovative Life Experiences”
- Academy of Hospitality & Tourism gives students an opportunity to explore and prepare for careers in travel, tourism, and hospitality. Internships and other practical experience are part of the curriculum.
- The Academy of Sports Medicine & Management prepares students for careers in athletic training, physical therapy, sports medicine, and sports management. Students have internships with local athletic, medical and sports organizations during senior year.
- Research-based instructional strategies help students develop skills in English Language Arts and Math.
- Hands-on experiences and small-group projects help students learn to find answers through research, investigation, and discussion. Some classrooms have two co-teachers working together to enhance instruction.
- Computers and technology integrated throughout curriculum.
- Accelerated academic instruction for advanced students.
- Extended-day academic support.
- Wellness Center offers counseling, social services, and after-school activities in partnership with community agencies to better serve the needs of all students.
- Extracurricular activities include art, music, newspaper, math league, drama club and a full sports program.
- Serves grades 7–12.
