The Department of Bilingual, ESOL, LEAP and Hispanic Services will:

• Educate all students to meet or exceed academic standards, high quality educational programs that are linguistically and culturally sensitive
  
  
• Be committed to identifying and providing professional development for all teachers, administrators, and parents to continuously improve the quality education of limited English proficient and second language learners
  
  
• Partner with families, caregivers and community members to create positive learning environments
  
  
• Develop educational pathways to provide students access and choices to all programs at the secondary level and the skills necessary to pursue post-secondary options
