Central Office, 131 W. Broad Street. The public
is welcome and encouraged to attend. The
schedule will be updated periodically with

Please note the following change to the Board of Education’s Meeting Schedule:
The Board Study Session scheduled for Tuesday, November 18th Study Session, 7:30 a.m. has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled for the month of November.
The Special Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 18th , Executive Session, 6:00 p.m., Second Floor Conference Room, has been cancelled.
The Special Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, November 25th, immediately following the Community and Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting that begins at 5:30 p.m. The Special Meeting will be held in the Second Floor Conference Room.
Monday, November 10th:

The Board of Education will
conduct a special meeting and anticipates a
motion for executive session to discuss a
personnel matter relating to specific
individuals.
Wednesday, November 12th:
Public Hearing, Charter Schools, 5:30 p.m., Third Floor Conference Room
The Board will gather public input on proposed revisions to the by-laws and organizational structure that the Urban Choice Charter School has submitted. State law requires the hearings.
Special Meeting, Executive Session immediately following the public hearing, Second Floor Conference Room
The Board of Education will conduct a special meeting and anticipates a motion for executive session to discuss a personnel matter relating to specific individuals.

Agenda: Review financial reports and resolutions for the November Business Meeting. Commissioner Will Powell chairs the Board Finance Committee, which also includes Commissioners Cynthia Elliott and Allen Williams.
Monday, November 17th:
Audit Committee Meeting of the Whole, 6:00
p.m., Third Floor Conference Room
Audit will meet as a Committee of the Whole and anticipates moving into Executive Session to discuss matters deemed confidential under Education Law Section 2116 [C]. Commissioner Allen Williams chairs the Audit Committee, which also includes Commissioners Willa Powell and Van Henri White.
