Human Capital Initiatives
The Human Capital Initiatives (HCI) department provides staffing services to the District. Being well-versed in employee policies and procedures, the HCI department is in charge of employee benefits, compensation, employee wellness, labor relations, and training of District workers.

As a strategic partner with the Superintendent and Board, we develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to support the educational mission of the District. We strive to develop a caring and culturally aware workforce. Our core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organizational and employee development, risk management, compensation and benefits, HR information management, and regulatory compliance.
