The Elementary Research Collegial Circle has been active since 2003. They developed a Research Handbook, which gives many standards-based lesson plans following district guidelines.

Literature Lessons
The Research circle has put together a variety of lessons based on Library, District, and State Standards. All lessons are marked Primary or Intermediate depending on the age range they are designed for. Feel free to modify as needed, but please give credit. These are Word documents unless noted otherwise.
Social Studies Web-Based Resources
The Social Studies Circle was active in 2005-2006. Their goal was to locate electronic resources for use in Social Studies research projects, both Elementary and Secondary. This was presented as a Professional Development course for librarians in July of 2006.
